Privacy policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
This policy covers zenloit.com and the internal software Zenlo Innovations & Technology LLC ("Zenlo", "we") uses to run marketing for its own brands. Each Zenlo product has its own privacy policy for the product, its website and its social media pages:
The waitlist on this site
If you join the waitlist, we keep the email address you give us, and, if you choose to tell us, which products you're interested in and your company name. We also note which part of the page you signed up from and when. We use this only to tell you when we have something to show. We don't send a newsletter, we don't sell or share the list, and we don't use it for advertising.
To be removed, email privacy@zenloit.com and we'll delete your entry.
Visiting this site
zenloit.com doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it loads nothing from other websites. It runs on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Our internal marketing tools
Zenlo uses its own internal software to publish and manage posts and videos on its brands' social media accounts. It is not offered to the public, and only Zenlo staff sign in to it. It connects to these services, with permission from the account that owns each brand channel:
- YouTube, through YouTube API Services: to upload videos and set their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions and playlists on Zenlo's own channels, and to read back the details of those uploads.
- Facebook and Instagram, through Meta's APIs: to publish posts to Zenlo's own Pages and accounts.
The tool only works with content Zenlo creates for its own channels. It doesn't collect information about viewers or other users. The access tokens these services issue are stored securely on Zenlo's own systems, used only to publish our content, and never sold or shared.
Zenlo's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
YouTube
Our tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to the tool can be removed at any time on the Google security settings page, which deletes nothing from YouTube but stops the tool from reaching the account.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to remove them or we close the list. The tool keeps access tokens only while it needs them, and we delete them when we stop using a service or when access is removed. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email privacy@zenloit.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
